Who you are dealing with
Rembrandt Designs is a trade name of NSR ONE LLC, a business based in Lynbrook, New York, working with local businesses across the United States. Throughout this page, “we” and “us” mean Rembrandt Designs, and “you” means the business buying the service.
What we provide
We design, build, host and maintain a website for your business, under a single monthly fee. That fee covers designing and building the site, registering, connecting and renewing a domain name, hosting, the security certificate, search-engine structure on every page we build, setting up and optimizing your Google Business Profile and keeping its information accurate, content changes that we carry out for you on request, and a local page for each town you serve, up to five of the ten.
The fee also covers two services we operate on your behalf. Call Recovery sends an automatic text reply, in wording you give us, to a caller whose call you do not answer. Review Engine sends a request for a Google review to your customers, up to 150 in a month, with further blocks of 150 available at $29.99 each. Both are performed by us; neither gives you software, a login or a system to run.
Customer automations are an optional additional service at $99 per month, separately stated on your invoice and cancellable on its own without affecting your website.
This is a service we perform for you — it is not a product you take away.
You are not buying or licensing software, and no software is supplied to you. You do not receive a login, an admin panel, or an editing tool, and you do not receive the website files. We write and retain the code, the design and the templates, and we control where the site is published. When you want something changed, you contact us and we make the change.

The service renews automatically every month and is charged to the card you used at signup, until you cancel it. The amount and the monthly frequency are shown on the payment page before you pay. The price we quote is the price that appears on the screen.
You will get an emailed receipt for every charge, and a reminder if a payment ever fails.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, and there is no notice period. Cancel yourself from the billing page linked in every receipt, or simply contact us and we will do it for you. We will never make you sit through a phone queue or fill in a form to leave.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for — you keep the site and the service until that date, and you are not charged again.
When the service ends, the hosting ends with it and the website is taken offline. We keep the code, the design and the templates, because the site was built and run as a service rather than sold to you. Your domain and your own content are a different matter — see below.
Your domain name
We register and manage your domain as part of your plan, so you never have to deal with renewal notices or verification emails, and it cannot lapse by accident.
The domain goes with you. While your plan is active it is registered and renewed in our account, which is why it does not lapse and is not billed to you separately. If you cancel, tell us where you want it moved and we transfer it to you free of charge.
Transfer follows settlement. Where an amount is outstanding on your account, the domain is transferred once that amount is paid. We will not sell it, renew it into another name, or point it elsewhere in the meantime.
Your content stays yours
Your logo, your photographs, your written copy, your prices and your business details were always yours and remain yours. Ask us at any time — including after you have cancelled — and we will email you a copy at no charge.
By giving us that material you confirm it is yours to publish, and you ask us to put it on the website we build and run for you.
Refunds
The site is built and shown to you before your first payment, so nothing is bought sight unseen.
Monthly fees are non-refundable, including partial months. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. If you believe you have been charged in error, call us and we will make it right.
What we don’t promise
We build you a well-made, fast, honest website. We do not promise any particular Google ranking, amount of traffic, number of phone calls, or increase in sales. Anyone who promises you those things is guessing.
We aim to keep your site online continuously, but no host is perfect. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it as fast as we can. Our responsibility to you is limited to the fees you have paid us.
Changes we make for you
Content changes are included in your monthly plan and there is no cap on how many you ask for — hours, prices, photographs, a holiday special, a new phone number. Contact us and we will do it, normally the same day.
Your plan includes up to ten pages, including the local town pages. Additional pages beyond ten are $9.99 per page per month, added to your monthly charge. A complete redesign, or a new service such as online ordering or booking, is separate work. We will quote for it first and you decide.
Sales tax
Tax is calculated automatically at checkout from your business address and shown to you before you confirm. The price we quote is the price that appears on the screen.
For customers in New York that calculation comes to zero on the monthly fee — website design, hosting and the maintenance work we perform are not taxable services in this state. Rules differ from state to state, so whatever applies at your address is what the checkout will show you before you pay.
Privacy
We collect only what is needed to build your site and bill you: your name, business name, phone number, email address and billing address. Card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor, and are never seen or stored by us.
We do not sell, rent or share your information, and we do not send marketing email. Your details are used to deliver the service and to meet New York State record-keeping requirements. Ask us to delete your information at any time after your account closes and we will, apart from records we are legally required to keep.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the version in force is the one published here, and the effective date at the top will change. A change will never increase what you are already paying without telling you first — if the monthly price ever changes, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel.
