Nothing is charged until you approve the finished site. It is $297 a month from that day, and may be cancelled at any time — the service runs to the end of the month already paid for, and the site comes down when it ends. The domain goes with you, transferred at no charge once your account is settled.
One round of changes is included before launch; once the site is live, changes are unlimited and free.
Your entire website weighs less than one photo from your phone.
About 40 kilobytes. Most business websites are measured in megabytes, because before they show a customer anything they are fetching fonts, trackers and analytics from half a dozen other companies. Yours loads nothing from anyone else’s servers — so it is there the moment it is tapped, and it still holds up on one bar of signal.
We measure it before your site goes live, at seven screen sizes, on a deliberately throttled connection. If yours is ever slow, we fix it free.
What costs extra,
and what never will.
Additional pages — $9.99 a month each
Ten pages covers nearly any local business. If you need an eleventh, it is $9.99 a month, and it is looked after exactly like the other ten — written, hosted, kept up to date and edited whenever you ask. There is nothing to pay up front for it.
We charge monthly rather than once because the work is monthly. A page is not finished when it is built; it still has to be hosted, kept accurate and changed when your business changes.
Customer automations — $99 a month
Optional — and it is where most service businesses quietly lose work. Three texts that go out without you thinking about them:
On my way when you set off, so nobody is left watching the window. A reminder the day before an appointment, so the slot does not go to waste. A follow-up when a quote has gone quiet, because most of them do and almost nobody chases them.
It is a separate line on your bill rather than folded into the monthly, and you can drop it whenever you like without touching the website.
Online ordering or booking — quoted separately
These are real systems, not pages, and they carry their own ongoing cost and upkeep — which is why they sit outside the monthly. If you want one, it is separate work and we will quote it before anything begins.
We build and run our own work. We do not take over, rebuild or maintain a system somebody else set up.
Edits — never
There is no per-change fee, no hourly rate and no cap. Hours, prices, photographs, a seasonal offer, a new phone number — sent during business hours, done the same business day. That is what the monthly is for, and charging for it twice would be a strange way to run a service. A full redesign is a new build rather than an edit; we will say so before any work starts.
Your domain — it goes with you
We register it and renew it for you while your plan runs, so it never lapses. If you leave, tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge, once your account is settled.
The things people ask
before they say yes.
How quickly are edits done?
The same business day. Send a change during business hours — 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday — and it is live before the day is out. Send it on a Saturday and it is done Monday.
There is no ticket to raise and no queue to wait in. Text or email support and the change gets made.
What counts as an edit, and what counts as a project?
An edit is a change to your content: hours, prices, photographs, a seasonal offer, a new phone number, a service added to a list you already have. Those are unlimited, they are included, and there is no per-change fee.
Rewriting the words on a page is different. They are written to be found on Google, so changing them means redoing that work rather than swapping a fact. We will still do it — it is not billed as extra — but we will tell you first what the change affects.
A whole new page is a page, not an edit. If you add a service and it needs its own page, that is an extra page at $9.99 a month. Adding the service to a list you already have is just an edit.
A project is new work: a full redesign, online ordering, a booking system. Those are quoted before anything starts, and you will always be told in advance that something carries a cost. Nothing is ever added without you agreeing to it first.
Do you post to my Google profile and reply to my reviews?
No. Posts and review replies are your voice, talking to your own customers. Written by somebody else, they read like it. We set the profile up, optimize it, and keep the information accurate — that part does not need your voice.
What we do instead is make sure there are reviews to reply to. Review Engine asks every customer, so the profile fills up with real ones.
What is Review Engine?
It is how your customers get asked for a Google review without you having to remember. After a job is finished, your customer gets one polite text. No app to install, and nobody is ever asked twice.
Up to 150 requests a month are included. If you run through them, another 150 is $29.99 — bought when you need it, as many times as you need it. It is not added to your monthly.
You are notified automatically as you approach the limit, and again when you reach it. Nobody finds out by way of a bill.
What is Call Recovery?
When you miss a call, the caller gets an instant text back — so instead of ringing the next business on the list thirty seconds later, they have a message from you sitting in their hand.
The text says whatever you want it to say — your words, and you can change them whenever you like. Beyond telling us the wording you do nothing to set it up and nothing to run it. It is included in the monthly.
Is SEO included, or is that extra?
On-page SEO is included on every page we build — clean structure, fast loading, proper headings, meta information, a sitemap, local business schema, and a page for each town you serve.
Off-page SEO is a separate service, priced on its own: keyword campaigns, citations, and content built outside your site. It is ongoing work every month, so it is not something that can honestly be folded into a flat fee. We do it ourselves rather than hand you to somebody else — the detail is on the SEO page.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
The service runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and then the site comes down — as it does with any provider who builds and hosts on your behalf. We write the code and we host it; there is no software supplied to you and no files to hand over.
The domain goes with you. Tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge, once your account is settled.
You do not pay to find out what it looks like.
You see the finished thing on your phone and decide from there. Nothing is charged until you say yes, and if it is not for you, nothing is owed.
Call (347) 650-0219The price quoted is the price charged; anything your state adds is calculated and shown before you confirm. Payment is processed securely by card, and you receive a receipt and a link to manage or cancel your plan. Full detail in the terms of service.
